Since 2019 I’ve written my blog and built my NFT portfolio here on danky.art. It's now time to expand the vision with the launch of danky.xyz — a new collector-focused content hub.
Accessing content on danky.xyz requires owning an EXTERNAL DRiVE token.
External Drives are content access tokens that unlock token gated alpha, works in progress, music and more. Token gating enables a variety of use cases because anything digital can be gated. It helps monetize any content (beyond art and music) by requiring ownership of a particular token for access.
The first External Drives have been airdropped to collectors of my generative music NFT project, Digital CD.v1. New tokens will be issued to future collectors and collectors of older works over time.
Drives can also be purchased on secondary markets (Rarible, OpenSea).
